The ideal stepping stone to professional and corporate life via our 18-month Trainee Program “Multiple Chances“, in one of the following target areas:

During the first six months, you will gain in-depth knowledge of your future target area. This is followed by six months’ exploration of a different business segment. Finally, you can finish off the Trainee Program getting to know business operations abroad.

This way, we ensure you gain a general and global insight and overview of the various business segments and divisions, as well as the culture, the way to cooperate within the corporate structure, and - last, but not least - an understanding of internal corporate processes. Of course, you won’t be just a spectator, but you will actively participate from day one and take on exciting tasks and responsibilities during the Trainee Program.

Corporate requirements and the multi-faceted tasks involved enable us to offer you a wide variety of options for the stations within your trainee program: Depending on the background of your university program, your visions and expectations, as well as our objectives for both our corporate and your personal development, we will tailor the Program to your individual expectations and needs.

Apart from their “Personal survival kit” to kick-start their career, all trainees will be allocated a personal mentor, and training sessions will be arranged to further their individual skills and competences, such as:
