The product portfolio of the Business Unit "Engines" includes MTU engines and propulsion/drive systems for ships and military vehicles as well as for heavy land and rail vehicles and the oil & gas industry. The sales program of the Business Unit "Onsite Energy & Components" consists of decentralized power generation plants and injection systems from L'Orange as well as drive shafts from Rotorion. The power generation systems comprise diesel gensets for emergency power, basic and peak-shaving loads as well as cogeneration power plants on the basis of gas engines, fuel cells or gas turbines.
